Nostalgic Days

 Happy Winter Solstice! Although it may be discouraging that the days are so short this time of year, the good news is, they only get longer from here! It was a mellow day, rain coming and going sporadically, so I took some time flipping through photo albums, enjoying old faces, and nearly forgotten memories. A midst hundreds of selfies and pictures that should never see the light of day, I found some great pictures from one of the many photo shoots my sisters and I like to do. This was from a beautiful day last spring, a perfect day to get dressed up in some of our favorites and snap shots of each other in the gorgeous mid-day sun. During this time of the year, especially so close to the new year, it's sometimes important to take a look back on everything you did in the past months. It can bring a bit of warmth to your day.
